As a business manager for 14 years at Hallmark Cards, she led diverse teams in consistently exceeding business objectives. Her span of control included marketing, product development, inventory control, logistics, merchandising, and creative staff. In addition, she collaborated with sales, advertising and manufacturing to ensure the success of her teams’ programs.

 

This front-line experience enhances her ability to assess situations and deliver pragmatic and effective solutions for clients. She excels at designing and delivering integrated programs that drive meaningful change and connects with individuals across all levels of an organization, including serving as an ad hoc member of senior leadership teams. Her work is distinguished by an ability to build connections, understand business challenges and neutralize difficult issues that impede organizational progress.
