Craig brings an incredibly unique set of skills to LBC. He has guided leaders, trainers and employees in some of the most challenging situations imaginable. His ability to engage others through his knowledge of communication, leadership and handling difficult situations has positioned him as a well-recognized public speaker, teacher and coach.

Craig worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for more than 23 years, serving in a wide variety of management and supervisory roles, including Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Kansas City Division’s National Security Branch, Supervisory Special Agent overseeing the Heart of America Joint Terrorism Task Force, and Supervisory Special Agent for the Weapons of Mass Destruction Operations Unit and Program Manager for the FBI’s Biological Terrorism Program in Washington, D.C. During his tenure with the FBI, he served as lead instructor for the Instructor Development Course, designed to teach others to effectively design and make presentations.

After retiring from the FBI, Craig gained experience in the Health Care industry serving as Vice President, Office of Business Integrity with Phoenix Children's Hospital (PCH). In this role he served as the Chief Compliance, Privacy and Security Officer for the largest Children’s Hospital in the Southwest, with responsibility for designing and implementing security strategies and training PCH executives and management personnel regarding protocols and procedures. Following this assignment, Craig returned to Kansas City to continue his consulting career and serve as a professor at Rockhurst University.

Craig is in great demand as a speaker and instructor and has been instrumental in sharing his expertise in a variety of LBC client programs, with a special focus on leadership development, listening and reflecting, and presentation skills.

Outside of work, Craig finds himself engaged in playing music in a variety of venues and occasionally with a band he helped found while at Notre Dame, supporting efforts of local Boy Scouts, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
